Alignment with Your Self

Alignment is at the top of the emotional guiding scale. When you’re the most in love with life, and the most in love with self, when you’re in the most state of joy and passion and empowerment and happiness, you’re the most alive.

If you think back of the times you were the happiest in your life, everything was going exactly perfect and just amazing.  You relished every second of your life.  You relished getting up in the morning, going out and doing another day of whatever you loved doing… Those are the times you’re in the highest alignment.

And really, we’re in control of that.  If you can stay vibrationally in the happiest place, that is your “shen”, your spirit.  If you can stay that way all the time, your apparatus completely changes.  It’s when we create stress, when we drop down that emotional guiding system to fear and to anger, and to pain, and to suffering and victimization, that we create resistance, we create poisons, we start damaging our body and shorten our lifespan dramatically.

Precious Weekends...

If the workweek is going to slop over into the weekend — and there’s no hope of stopping that from happening —, why can’t the weekend, with its precious restorative moments of playtime, my time, and our time, spill over into the workweek?   We have to find a better way for work to work. The seven-day workweek is shaping up as a personal, societal, and business disaster. It robs people of passion and pleasure, destroys family and community stability, and sets up buysiness organizations to ultimately fail once they’ve burned out their employees and burned through ever more manipulative and oppressive strategies. The seven-day weekend is n alternative that bridges the gap between the airy theories of workplace democracy and the nitty-gritty practice of running a profitable business.  I warn you, it’s messy, inefficient, and hugely rewarding.

Peace is Either Here in this Moment, or It Doesn’t Exist...

Nobody thrives on stress, no matter how convinced they are otherwise.  The most productive state of being is peace.

Many leaders find this hard to learn. They trade the present for the future, throwing themselves into chaotic situations with a promise that one day, years from now, they will have time to rest. This is a devil’s bargain. Peace is either here in this moment, or it doesn’t exist.  By peace I don’t mean passivity.  Peace has nothing to do with lethargy or lack of involvement.  True peace is a vibrant state. It’s alive with potential and the expectation of great things to come.  It’s the moment just before birth, brings new life. The first step to achieve such peace is to value it. Awareness brings you more of whatever you value. That’s a basic rule of consciousness. So by valueing the state of peace, its inner silence, you invite it to be part of your daily life. As your awareness expands, you will become of greater service to the world.

Your Pharmacy Inside...

Let’s say you have the experience of tranquility. Whatever the cause of it. You’re feeling tranquil inside. Then your body makes Valium, —just like the one that Haufman Laroche makes, only it doesn’t make you feel like a zombie—. This is the real material equivalent of tranquility.

When you feel anxious, your body makes jittery molecules. They’re not just made from the adrenal glands. They’re made everywhere in the body. Each cell of the body is making jittery molecules: adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, etc. Now it turns out that when you feel exhilarated, whatever the reason for the exhilaration, your body makes very powerful immuno-modulators. They’re in fact, anti-cancer drugs known as interleukins and interferons. Recently, interleukins were used, for example, in the treatment of cancer. They’re very expensive. A full course of interleukin 2 might cost you something like $40 000 for a full treatment. But if you go on Magic Mountain in Disney World, you can make millions of dollars worth of interleukin 2. That is, of course, given the fact that that’s your idea of fun. If your idea of fun is that magic ride, you’ll make interleukin 2. On the other hand, if you interpret that as not a good experience, then your body will make harmful chemicals. In other words, the interpretations of reality that we make to ourselves are generating from inside us all kinds of drugs. We have a pharmacy here that is absolutely exquisite. It makes everything. It makes tranquilizers, sleeping pills, anticancer drugs, immuno-modulators, antibiotics, you name it, the body can make it, in the right dose, at the precise time, for the right target organ, no side effects, and all the instructions are contained in the packaging.

Diabetes’ Secret Cancer Link

Cancer tumors use glucose as their primary fuel for growing and spreading.

This discovery won the Nobel Prize in 1924, yet cancer doctors are still not condemning sugar and refined carbohydrates.

But if you have cancer, 95% of the sugar in your diet is routed directly to your tumor. The rest of your body starves, which is the ultimate cause of death in cancer patients.

Can eating too much sugar cause cancer? The answer seems to be yes.

Sugar, you see, is highly inflammatory, creating an overload of free radical molecules which damage DNA, initiating the cancer process.

In addition, high insulin levels are linked to many forms of cancer. So, whether you’re Type 1 or Type 2, your best anti-cancer policy is to lower both your glucose and insulin loads.

Toxicity as Important Baseline Cause of Degenerative Diseases

“I think that everybody is exposed to more and more toxins as time goes by.  Without getting into gruesome details, there are millions of pounds/tons of toxins from everything, from fertilizers to chemical processing to waste materials; toxins from volcanoes and one thing and the other… so we constantly are exposed to them.  We get them through the skin. We certainly get them through breathing. We get them through the liquids we drink and the food we eat.  In addition, because we don’t necessarily eat the best food all the time, we actually create more toxins from the foods we eat and how they interact with the bacteria in our body, particularly in our intestinal tract.

I think the reason mainstream medicine doesn’t really embrace this is that mainstream medicine, particularly in the USA and in Europe is very much geared toward symptom management. Until people have very clear cut symptoms, they frequently aren’t really taken very seriously.  Doctors generally don’t have the time nor the expertise to really deal with a lot of the constitutional symptoms people have, that are becoming toxic, like fatigue, muscle aches and pains, difficulty sleeping, difficulty with elimination, mood disorders of one sort or the other…

I would say that a good analogy is that of termites in a house.  You periodically have your house inspected and they might find a couple. It doesn’t mean anything bad is going to happen to your house, but it’s a warning that you need to do something about it.  If you don’t, little by little, you get a critical mass of toxicity, and then you have serious problems.

From my experience, I don’t think that cardiovascular disease, neurological, degenerative disease, cancer, or almost any significant illness doesn’t have at least a significant part of its baseline cause is due to cumulative toxicity. “

Purifying Water

I believe I am also starting to see the way that people should live their lives.  So how can people live happy and healthy lives? The answer is to purify the water that makes up 70 percent of your body.

E=mc2

“Our desires are trying to free us from all limitations.” —Deepak Chopra, The Higher Self
Sep 14, 2011
Complete Inner Freedom

“Let’s begin by trying to see how we can free our desire nature and not be so complicated about what we want. People are very concerned about how much to give and how much to expect from life. Am I loved enough? Do others love me enough in return? Am I being paid what I’m really worth?  How much money do I dare hope for? Although we spend endless hours hoping and scheming to achieve our desires, the whole enterprise falls very short of what Nature intended for us. Nature wants to give us everything. That means infinite fulfillment. All that your heart desires, and then more, for you are desiring from a heart that has much more room for expansion.  Presently, you consciousness cannot absorb the concept of having everything.  It immediately transforms such a preposterous statement into a reduced version, such as: don’t bother about everything, I’d be happy with a new Jaguar, or 3 million dollars, or a beautiful wife. As the mind shrinks to its level of acceptance, what is it doing? First of all, it is bouncing back to its own level of awareness.  If you have five thousand dollars instead of 5 million, that reflects your general level of awareness.  Secondly, when the mind rejects the possibility of having everything, it expresses its doubts.  Why should I believe in you? the mind says. And it has no choice but to doubt. For doubts form the chief boundary that encloses us within our narrow consciousness. If the mind could expand beyond its doubt and self-limitation, it would see that having everything does not mean that every kind of material success comes your way, although that possibility should not be ruled out either.  Having everything is just an expression of complete inner freedom.  When you are completely free of inner boundaries, you do not need to have a huge number of things, you already own something far more precious: you own yourself.  You see yourself as someone who accepts everything, therefore, you have everything.  This is not just a play upon words.  If the new BMW, the 3 million dollars, the beautiful wife are true desires in your heart, Nature will not deny them to you.  Above all Nature wants you to have everything. But the all important point is that having everything happens in consciousness, not in the outside world.  Someone who owns absolutely nothing can still have it all inside.  When the desire nature is completely set free, the main thing that happens it that your status, the way you see yourself changes profoundly.  Instead of seeing yourself in the world, you truly do see the world in you. You are the co-creator of the world, a position you share with the highest universal intelligence, that we refer to as God. Your individual role is to manifest the things you desire from life.  As you attain them, your sense of being a creator steadily enlarges until you realize that everything is available to you. This is the state of total freedom.  This is the state of total freedom. Telling yourself that you have complete free will, that all posibilities are open to you at every second, that no power is greater than yourself will not bring freedom.  These are all true statements, but they are true at a level of consciousness that has to be attained in reality.  Presently, if you have a certain limitation, it seems quite real.  if you try to wish it away, it inevitably reappears, seen from the perspective of your higher self, all fears are unnatural.  But there is no substitute for proving it to yourself.  If you are poor and someone gives you money, you will not automatically be release from the mindset which is the conditioned consciousness that created your poverty.  But if you earn the money yourself, in a fashion that increases your self-awareness, the belief that tied you to poverty will be weakened. One step has been taken in the unfolding path that leads to freedom.”

Our Starting Premise

The body is a vehicle theoretically able to carry us through 120+ years of healthy living.  Yet most of us only live +/- 80 healthy years at this point in time.  The question that interests us is: how to improve this state of things through food and personal hygiene?
